Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Nation of Islam head Louis Farrakhan have united to battle violence on the city's crime-ridden streets.
"You cannot get there on just one piece of an anti-crime strategy," the Chicago mayor and former Barack Obama aide said. "They have decided, the Nation of Islam, to help protect the community. And that's an important ingredient, like all the other aspects of protecting a neighborhood."
"Rahmbo" Wednesday formally welcomed the 500-man Islamic army to assist police and other community leaders. Earlier this month, Farrakhan began dispatching hundreds of "Fruit of Islam" members on patrols in different neighborhoods in the city.

But Chik-Fil-A,....an openly Christian Conservative business, is not going to be issued licenses in Chi-town because they are "not of Chicago values"..

I saw that as a graphic on tv this afternoon and my first 2 thoughts were, "No sh!t", and "Truer words were never spoken"
The founder of Chick-fil-A actually has values, Rahm and Mumbles on the other hand have poll results.
Yes, I've seen the writing on the wall, it's a bit more blunt than when Daniel read it, now it just says "You're f*cked"

Corruption has no prejudice.
Some of the most strident anti Jewish Palestinian leaders were at the same time the biggest slum lords in Jerusalem and other Israeli cities.
As for Chick-fil-A they will probably now get lower insurance rates since they are not located in sh!tholes like Boston and Chitcago.

Years ago, as a innocent (snicker ;)) youth, Chitcago was a wonderful place to spend a few hours chasing hookers and having a good slice of pizza! A mere 2-1/2 hour drive from my home town in MI and a blind drive home at 3 or 4 am after a night of carousing, drinking to excess and generally striking out with the ladies...
Over the years of my business travel and countless flights into and out of O'Hare International, I doubt I'd spend any more time than is necessary to put it in my rear view mirror!

I've passed through twice, I wasn't impressed, flat land and flat gray water. Salt Lake, city and lake, had far more character.

Crap! I don't even like Chick-fil-a and now I'm going to have to eat it once a week! I already drink coffee 3-4 times a week because of the stupid Starbucks boycott, never drank it before.

I made a special trip there yesterday just so I could bring it into the office. The empty cup is still on my desk; I may leave it there for a little while. There is at least one person in our office and a couple in our department that are now vocal and obnoxious about being anti Chik-Fil-A. Ours is only a couple weeks old and packed; it's not hurting from a boycott at all. It's amazing how free speach, personal beliefs, and business choices suddenly become not allowed when they are conservative by nature.

I just looked at their menu choices. It ain't too healthy and I can't say that I'd eat there on a regular basis but, anything to piss off Mumbles Meneno in Boston would be a privilege!

No empty parking spaces and the drive-thru stays swamped.

Tim, you'd better care. Emanuel moved to Chi just so he could run for mayor. Now we have a Chicago politician in the White House and a transplant running Chicago. What's their next conquest? Remember BHO likes to circumvent congress and the dictator of NYC got the law changed so he could run for a third term. Any bets His Majesty Rahm I does the same thing.
The Muslim Brotherhood has been trying to take over this country for years. Now they have a nose under the tent in Chi where to next?

I guess what I'm saying is that I no longer believe that government is serving the people of this country! They care little for us, I care less about them....
Rahm is where he belongs, a corrupt asshole in a city full of them. I know Chicago well enough to never go back there again. I grew up smelling the stink of the place when a strong southwest wind blew! The fact that one thug is recruiting another thug to try and control the populace is just business as usual!
If the President thinks he's in enough control to void the 22nd Amendment, civil war would be the result!

There are only two in the town where I work, and they are both Express Chick-fil-A's in my client's buildings!!! ;D
Went there last Wednesday and bought 3-day's worth of lunch. Will do the same next Wednesday.
We have lots of gay guys running around - one a feather boa short of flaming and another, well, let's just say he finds interesting ways of keeping his flaming fire lit. Like the time he wore a woman's knit dress as a cardigan sweater? I kid you not.

Just heard on the news that Chic-Fil-A's public relations guy dropped over of a sudden and unexpected heart attack this morning. There were no more details, because the news was just released to the media.
They had no information on age or other health issues, but either way I'm sure the sudden escalation of work load this week didn't help the situation.

I'm usually ambivalent to going to Chick-Fil-A. The kids like it but not my first choice if I have to have fast food. Today I went by ours and it was its usual packed. I'll be frequenting the one in Oxnard (SoCal) when I go out there on travel.

Somehow I just don't see any Conservatives/Republicans organizing a strategic and orchestrated "boycott" of companies owned by prominent Democrats. ???
This is the "tolerant" we welcome "all" Liberals? Chik-Fil-A hires Libs, gays, lesbians, minorities, and the working disabled, it's only the CEO that is a proud and vocal Christian Conservative...
Tell these asshats that the busiest day to have their boycotts and homosexual "kiss in's" at Chik-Fil-A is on Sunday..... ;)
