Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Nation of Islam head Louis Farrakhan have united to battle violence on the city's crime-ridden streets.

"You cannot get there on just one piece of an anti-crime strategy," the Chicago mayor and former Barack Obama aide said. "They have decided, the Nation of Islam, to help protect the community. And that's an important ingredient, like all the other aspects of protecting a neighborhood."

"Rahmbo" Wednesday formally welcomed the 500-man Islamic army to assist police and other community leaders. Earlier this month, Farrakhan began dispatching hundreds of "Fruit of Islam" members on patrols in different neighborhoods in the city.

But Chik-Fil-A,....an openly Christian Conservative business, is not going to be issued licenses in Chi-town because they are "not of Chicago values"..

I saw that as a graphic on tv this afternoon and my first 2 thoughts were, "No sh!t", and "Truer words were never spoken"
The founder of Chick-fil-A actually has values, Rahm and Mumbles on the other hand have poll results.

Yes, I've seen the writing on the wall, it's a bit more blunt than when Daniel read it, now it just says "You're f*cked"

Some of the most strident anti Jewish Palestinian leaders were at the same time the biggest slum lords in Jerusalem and other Israeli cities.

As for Chick-fil-A they will probably now get lower insurance rates since they are not located in sh!tholes like Boston and Chitcago.

Years ago, as a innocent (snicker  ) youth, Chitcago was a wonderful place to spend a few hours chasing hookers and having a good slice of pizza!  A mere 2-1/2 hour drive from my home town in MI and a blind drive home at 3 or 4 am after a night of carousing, drinking to excess and generally striking out with the ladies...

Over the years of my business travel and countless flights into and out of O'Hare International, I doubt I'd spend any more time than is necessary to put it in my rear view mirror!
