No, what was the biggest factor was that chains and cables can be damned hard to see at speed.
Up here it happens most winters to snowmobilers.
The land owner is usually charged with negligent homicide.

Imo if you are doing something illegal and get hurt/ killed.  You should have no recorse and no charges can be filled becuase of it.

What I want to know is why are they are wasting money investigating this? Cause of death? Being a dumb ass. Enough said, bag and tag him and move on.
