Title: No He Can't!
Post by: Teresa Heilevang on January 08, 2009, 09:49:25 PM
Here's one written by a black women who did not vote for Obama.
Good to see that some folks do not go along with the socialist flow.

Good to know there are AMERICANS who see this for what it really is.  We just seem to be in short supply throughout these United States.  The sheep will figure it out...hopefully not when its too late

I've seen that video before, and the only question I have is "How can we keep the illiterate stupid from participating in elections without harming the average "Joe?"  Just like the whole "hanging chad" thing:  Do we really want people that can not follow simple instructions selecting our Leaders?

The BIG problem is that it's not the illiterates who are stupid and/ or uninformed.

The power of punctuation, or the lack there of.  Should have been two different groups, and I should have also included ignorant and gullible.  Wish I had paid attention in 5th grade english class  :-[

Your punctuation does not change the fact that it seems like the more time people spend on education, the dumber they get.
More gullible, less able to think for themselves. Perhaps we could start a class, remedial common sense for democrats , or maybe, Logic as a second decision source ?

I think it's more they become insulated from the real world, and forget that academic exercises are done in a vacuum.

But you have also foolishly traded your freedom and mine – what little there is left – for the chance to feel good. There is nothing in me that can share your happy obliviousness

The touchy feelly people are determined to push us into the abyss.

The " touchy feely people" are ignorant tools of those who have an ideological agenda. The people like George Soros  are not "liberals" by any stretch of the imagination. They are elitists who see themselves as the modern aristocracy. They will use the sheeplike bubble heads as long as it serves their agenda. The same is equally  true of lawyers and death squads, which ever TOOL seems appropriate for the job of strengthening their position as our obvious "superiors" will be bought, used, and discarded after it has served its purpose.

In the eyes of someone like Soros, we should be 'subjects', with no ability to think or choose for ourselves.

I was just snooping from the outside in and after seeing this thread and reading the article that was linked in it, i had to login just to say, I could not have said it any better.

One other thing I'd point out, any other black/African American I spoke to or that people I know spoke to, and that didn't vote for Obama, all pretty much didn;t vote for him for the same reasons, all pretty much saw him for what he was. But no one, I repeat none said it or could have said it as well as Anne Wortham did there. Thank you for sharing it.

There was another intelligent article or Blog that I found that I'd like to share here with you as well. I found it too, to be a very good read. Maybe some of you have seen it already, but for those who didn't and haven't, I think you'll like it as well...

It is a little late, but I thought the guy said it very well.

I'd also add, if I shouldn't have posted this, I apologize. It isn't bad or anything, I'm just finding some sites/forums either only allow certain people to post such things or simply don't want such things or the election is over. And yes, these are gun forums also. You'd think it wouldn't be a problem???

Anyhow, give this a read. And I apologize. I never try to steal or hi-jack someones thread. I just see no reason to waste the server space when it's sort of on or about the same thing. As I said, the election is over, but it's still a good read in my book...

Also, I'm not trying to steal or hi-jack the thread. It's kind of on the same or about the same thing and I just didn't/don't see a reason to waste server space and start another thread. If anyone feels I tried to or I did hi-jack the thread, I apologize. I just wanted to share something was all.

GlockMeister,
Yes the campaign is over, however a well written reminder like that is fairly timeless.
We here, unlike other forums, are quite open to reading links to other sites because WE realize that at this point information is our most effective weapon in the fight to preserve our rights and way of life.

I truly appreciate you saying this. I posted the link in the first post of this thread, at another site. All I can say is, it was removed, completely deleted. And yes, this is also a gun forum!

So to have you say this, let's me know, it isn't me. lol Thank you again for welcoming my post...

Don't feel bad I got booted from one of the "Highly regarded" gun forums for a post that was well received here, in fact the reception it got here was WHY I posted it to the other site. I might as well have talked about their mothers ;D
