I've seen that video before, and the only question I have is "How can we keep the illiterate stupid from participating in elections without harming the average "Joe?"  Just like the whole "hanging chad" thing:  Do we really want people that can not follow simple instructions selecting our Leaders?

The power of punctuation, or the lack there of.  Should have been two different groups, and I should have also included ignorant and gullible.  Wish I had paid attention in 5th grade english class
