With the near collapse of our nation’s banking system more and more people are reverting to the old fashioned way of saving money- under the mattress. And with less money to spend, people are no longer buying smaller handguns but instead larger and cheaper rifles (ok I made that up). But under the mattress is not the most secure place for your cash or your oversized weapons. Unless they’re in a safe.
The Bed Bunker is a massive 1300lb modular secure lockbox that fits under your mattress by replacing the boxspring. Available in a variety of bed sizes, the fireproof safe is secured via a tamper proof mul-t-lock locking system with an integrated strategically mounted maximum security hinge system. The door opens smoothly with a hydraulic gas-assist piston. These $2700-5200 boxes are huge- you can hold a small arsenal in each one- there’s room for 32 rifles and 70 hand guns in there. That’s enough room for over half of Mr. T’s jewelry. And just think, if you ever have an accident with one of your 32 rifles, they could always use the Bed Bunker as your coffin!

HAHA yeah I'm waiting for the day that my gunsafe ends up on the first floor of my townhouse apartment... Hopefully I won't have to fish it out of the crawl space

Not to worry boys. A king size waterbed is nearly 1900 pounds....
30 cubic feet x 7.48 = 224 gallons x 8.34 = 1868

Yea ... But you can carry your waterbed up one pail at at time. Try that with this safe :o
A very valid observation Mike, it does present a bit of a problem in that regard. Dragging 650 lbs up a flight of stairs would be a rather difficult undertaking.....twice!

I think I used up all of my "Friend Points" for them helping me move my 500 lbs safe upstairs. I don't know if I have that many friends or friend credits to get 2 of them upstairs. I wish I could move.. But I feel pretty guilty for just moving in and already wanting to move out.

When we replace the flooring in the upstairs of the house (living room, two bedrooms, and a hallway) we had to move wife's baby grand piano ... twice. Talk about using up the friend points. Thankfully I control her folks farm land and I had two guys that had to come both times in order to keep the landlord happy. Even with their participation (and I did let them feel obligated) it cost me 10 steak dinners and a bar tab that makes a wedding look cheap :o ... yes I did invite the renters.

"Totally concealable and invisible to a theif". Because they will never look under the bed. Me I'm thinking of replacing my box spring with some sharp rocks. It might not protect my guns, but it will damn sure save me money. ::) FQ13
