Obama’s college thesis, written when he was at Columbia. The paper was called “Aristocracy Reborn,” and in the first ten pages (which were all that reporter Joe Klein–who wrote about it for Time–was permitted to see), the young Obama wrote:
“… the Constitution allows for many things, but what it does not allow is the most revealing. The so-called Founders did not allow for economic freedom. While political freedom is supposedly a cornerstone of the document, the distribution of wealth is not even mentioned. While many believed that the new Constitution gave them liberty, it instead fitted them with the shackles of hypocrisy.”

Ummm, HUH? What Constitution is he reading? Doesn't personal liberty pretty much define the distribution of wealth by NOT shackling you with undo burden from the state? Basically stating that you can earn as much as you want and no one can tell you that you are doing too well. Ok.....until now. >:(

The Maximum Leader does not like the fact that the Constitution tells the central government what it can't do, limited powers, thus protecting the individual. He wants to change the Constitution so it tells the central government what it can do, thus expanding the power of the central government.

I think he doesn't want it to tell the central government what it can do so much as tell it that there's nothing it can't do. Absolute power.

The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence. If `Thou shalt not covet' and `Thou shalt not steal' were not commandments of Heaven, they must be made inviolable precepts in every society before it can be civilized or made free.

Don't buy that rope that is on sale Tom. This idiot is too stupid to hang. Besides, the idea of hanging is based on the fact that there is a brain up there that will be harmed by lack of oxygen. Obviously that whistling you hear is the wind going unobstructed in one ear and out the other.

What would you suggest ?
Maybe an oak stake through his heart ?
Silver bullets for the firing squad ?
We could probably create an effective explosive by mixing Obama's ashes with Holy water.

Yeah, I still haven't figured out how he can go out into direct sunlight without dissolving.

pursuit of happiness and personal liberty are not in the constitution, those are delineated in the Declaration of Independence, which does not hold the weight of law behind it. though in the Bill or rights there is a provision in the 5th amendment which should cover it though there are some problems with definition to consider. "No person shall...nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." The problem with definition comes with two clauses 1) due process - how do we define due process, would a large tax increase be due process? legally - yes - as it was voted on by the legislatures. 2) just compensation - is redistribution of wealth just compensation? I would argue no, but many in our legislatures and this administration would argue yes. These are what should be argued when discussing constitutionality. Now universal health care might have to use another argument because it could be argued that there is just compensation.

The Obama thesis is a hoax. Rush talked out it yesterday (10/27).
Ignorant Media Misses Our Satiric Tweak on the Obama Thesis Hoax
http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/home/daily/site_102709/content/01125107.guest.html
Quoting Rush:
So we ran with it, made a big deal out of it in the first hour. In the second hour, I got a note saying, "Hey, Rush, we looked at this, we can't back this up, we can't find any actual sourcing for this." So at that point I warned the audience that it may not be true, that we are still checking it.
Shortly thereafter I learned that the whole thing was made up, it was a satire piece on an obscure website. Then I said, "Okay, folks, I have to tell you, it's satire, there's no evidence that Obama ever wrote this, but, Media Tweak of the Day, I don't care, I know he thinks it anyway because I've got audio of Obama saying it, talking about the Supreme Court." And we all got a great laugh about it because I corrected it immediately, I explained that it was a hoax, or was satire and then to tweak the media I said, "But I don't care, I'm sticking with it because I know he thinks it anyway." So I dished out to Obama what the whole media did to me and I dished it back at the media as well. And Koko at the website called me on Friday here, e-mailed me, said, "Look, you want me to leave this thing up?" I said "Yes, leave it on the website as is, so these idiot media people who want to find out what actually happened can go in and take the time to read it and see it. And leave the original piece up where I got the first information that this was something he had written in his thesis." So here is yesterday morning, Monday morning, 1010WINS in New York, a montage of correspondent Alice Stockton-Rossini's report about this.
