WASHINGTON – Sen. Lindsey Graham makes an unlikely champion for action on climate change.

The South Carolina Republican has joined forces with Democrat John Kerry of Massachusetts and independent Joe Lieberman of Connecticut to drum up support for a bill that would put a price on heat-trapping pollution.

Graham's position has irked just about everybody. He has been censured by Republicans back home for supporting a bill that would clamp down on greenhouse gases. Environmentalists have criticized his push for nuclear energy, more oil drilling — and most recently his support of a GOP effort to prevent the Environmental Protection Agency from regulating greenhouse gases. Some Democrats are just befuddled.

Just John "pretty boy" Edwards in NC, hopefully, SC will dump this RINO when he's up for re-election.

I am not surprised.  I just got another patronizing RNC questionaire mailer asking for money.  Illegal immigration..sure I'm against it but they aren't, illegals getting back social secutrity...sure I'm against that but so what...the RNC stands for Rinos 'N Control as far as I care.

I'm not sending any organization money that pushes the like of Lindsey Graham or Trent Lott.  Now here, closer to home, we've two good Republican Senators...Imhoffe (doing the opposite of Graham and telling the UN no way for treaty approval in the Senate) and Coburn (standup guy fighting the fascist medical power grab).  And they are gun rights guys too.  I'll send them a few bucks...but that abomination run by Steele...no way.

Lieberman...stands aloof like and is given credit for "having principles" and being "deliberate" as well as fair and honest.  Total misrepresentation, just a holdout speaking lies waiting to the end until he has leverage and can get some graft going his way.  Throw him out too...

Oh yeah, I sent their envelope back with "OTHER AMOUNT" circled and the word NONE written in.  And I specifically said so long as the likes of Trent and Lindsey are around...or the lying Steele who is no friend to the 2nd Ammendment....no way do they get my hard earned money.  I have fishhooks in my pocket when it comes to a donation for the RNC....I guess that is pretty plain, eh?
