Some people do not want to take responsibilty for their own safety. They think that a police man should be there in 5 seconds or less to protect them at all times and they wont have to do any dirty work.

Maybe they should hire an illegal alien like they do to take care of their Kids, house keeping laundry, lawn care and pool.
