How is it that Amazon.com can remember what you looked at on their website two years ago yet when Obi Wan Mohammend bellies up to the airline ticket counter the system goes "Duh"?  Or why don't we hire those guys who developed the packaging for CDs and DVDs and give them a shot at our national security?
