I'm with you boys!  Medina almost didn't make it into the debate, beacause the local PBS affiliate said she wasn't a "legitimate" cadidate.

That's a good enough reason to vote for her.

Amen!  Apparently one of the local Dallas AM radio stations mounted a call campaign to KERA TV to protest her not being a part of the debate.  She was on the next day.  I'm sure others around the state had taken up the same cause.  They also went through the stations own written criteria of what constitutes a "ligitimate candidate" and Medina clearly met all of the criteria.

Just another fine example of the powers at be using exclusionary tactics to deprive the people of another (better) option. >:(

That should count as an endorsement.

It does!

I missed the debate last night so I will have to find it on the web. From first hand accounts I know  Kay Baily represents her non-American contributors over the voters and will make demand of law enforcement counter to US  laws. On the democratic side there is no choice, Bill White is a F___ing joke and so is the muslim hair appliance maker. Kinky is comic relief so that just leaves our governor and an unknown. Texas is in great financial shape compared to most of the country and the last thing we need is some clown to win the popularity contest and bring us more in line with the mess we see in DC.

I missed it too, because I've already decided who gets my vote. It's a simple choice. Medina, or SOS.

Any body watching right now?  Perry and Hutchison look like a couple of jackasses.  That gal Debra Medina sounds great.  Wait...gun question...good stuff...I'm a switching my vote!  Who else is with me?

And all I know is Perry and Hutchison's asses ought to be out of here!
I'm with you Bry. I just hope that she is legitimate candidate that is electable. She did get a huge boost from the debate and she raised 50K in finance funds almost overnight.

Did not get to watch the debate, but understand, that her ratings have improved enough, that she is allowed to attend the next debate on channel 8. Always good to have a 3rd or 4th candidate to raise issues and answers contrary to the status quo. I am not unhappy with Perry, except for the trans texas corridor deal. But always look for the best. I have a question I would like to ask all of them, ( what would each of them done, had they been governor, when the ATF attacked the Branch Davidians ) I think Ann Richards really fell short on that one.

Good point M25, since all of the ALLEGED offenses were under the jurisdiction of the state, and found to be unwarrented.  and NONE of them were under ATF jurisdiction
