Hmmmmm, I had HUGE seller's remorse when I sold my Marlin 336RC. But then, I didn't get a 1911 for it either, just cash.

You traded a Marlin 336 far a COLT 1991?!? Tell me you were holding it to his head at the time! Cause you Robbed him! A buddy of mine has those grips on his Norinco 1911, and they're nice. It's a beautiful trade you made and I wonder why I can't find deals like that.....

Its all about what you want. I've made some "good" trades where I regret what I lost, and some that other's would consider ripoffs that I'm happy with because I got the gun I wanted. There's no best gun, just what's best at the time, though if I could have that bond arms back.... :-\FQ13

Luckily, I've always traded "up" when trading. My best trade was a Taurus M85 traded even for a Ruger Super Blackhawk.
