UPDATE

Iowa Governor Chet Culver signed the "Shall Issue" bill into law in a ceremony held in Des Moines this afternoon.  Among other things, this SHOULD pave the way for reciprocity with other states!!

HOT DIGGITY DAMN!!!!   ;D
