If once was to add weight to his mass by 240gr could one not argue it was self defence as you was in fear of your life and that of your child given his advocating of killing non blacks?

This is exactly what I mean by Hussein's "own people" bringing him down. The fact the D.O.J. looks the other way, and allows this wretched animal to receive a pass, is a racial double standard that will in fact sicken a large number of whites who voted for him. White independent voters are already leaving his political camp in droves. If this were a white saying this kind of nonsense, Holder would have been all over it screaming "hate crime" at the top of his lungs on every Sunday morning political show that would have him.

Instead he ignores it. No doubt directly under the orders of Hussein. Hussein's administration is pulling two colossal double standards here. One in allowing this clown to skate after puking his racist guts out, and second for suing Arizona for enforcing current existing immigration laws, while allowing all of these liberal pandering, "sanctuary cities" to disobey Federal law by allowing them freedom to roam unmolested in a country they have no business in.

In this regard Hussein's "own people", (i.e. blacks), will bring him down more than any white voter who is sick of his double standards could ever hope to. Remember, over 90% of blacks who voted for him still support him. What does that tell you? This Presidency did not "break down" racial barriers. What it has done is build them larger and stronger than ever before. Sadly, if you look and observe black run governments anywhere and everywhere in the world, this is a very predictable occurrence. Unfortunately they never seem to digest power very well, if at all. I offer South Africa as the latest in a long list of failed black run governments.    Bill T.

I use 250 grain JHP ... would that be an acceptable replacement?  

By all means, but after I posted that comment I actually thought why 240gr myself when i see a box of 300gr jhp on the shelf, this would hopefully allow for over penetration of the threat and take out another couple looney tunes that stand behind this nutter.
I could paint them black if it appeases their concious?

CNN just covered this story and it was a real laugher.....

Their major underlying focus in the piece was to point out that this guy was a member of the NEW Black Panther party and NOT the original Black Panthers which were a peaceful "multi racial" community organization that was a prominent contributor to the civil right movement

They had the leader of the black panthers on and really treated him with kid gloves and helped him make the case that they were a peacful organization that was focused on "power to ALL people" - I kid you not.

It was like I was watching someone trying to make the KKK out to be goodguy organization that crossed all racial boundaries. It was pathetic.
