Last year someone had a thread on a new SKS bullpup stock from Shernic Gun Works. After I saw the video, I decided to convert one of my SKS rifles. I chose a Yugo 59/66 that was on my "to sell" list, and started to buy parts for the 922 BS. The pictures below are before and after install.
The stock seems to be well made and feels solid when firing. The only complaint is that the upper stock rail is slightly out of spec, so shims are required to mount optics or sights. I'm not too concerned, I was easily able to secure the AR sights I installed, but I contacted the Co. and they had already realized the mistake. I recieved one of the first run stocks, so I'm sure it will be fixed by the second run.
The only other complaint is that there is no rear sling loop or stud. Other than these two issues I'm satisfied with my purchase.
