The CZ platform, was and remains one of the finest 9mm platforms made. It has topped the informal "best 9mm" pistol top 25 for a long time.

The CZ 75, "family" are tried and true. The P-07 line is the same. I have the CZ EAA Witness clone in .40, and have never had an issue.

Price has always remained reasonable, but consider the weight, no mag 1.7 lbs. throw 16+1 rds in a mag, carry a spare mag, and than consider cellphone, wallet, keys, pocketknife, daily stuff,....etc,....

Still a very reliable 9mm PERIOD. Is it for carry, competition, home defense? all the above?

OBTW, Test drive the FN9. I have one also, it is #2 on the list, and it is lighter than the CZ. FWIW, I love my FN9, and carry it IWB, even in South Florida heat.

Welcome to DRTV, glad your here. Feel free to jump right in, let us know what you decide, even if it's something else. Good folks here.

Don't have a Duty but have a Phantom and except for the heavy DA first shot I love it.  I only use it for compitition.  A bit too big to make me want to carry it but could be done.  Light enough with the poly frame.  Almost makes me wish for a SC in poly for carry.    Accurate and reliable.  This is my first experience with the CZ platform and I probably would buy another if I didn't have so many other things above it on the wish list.
