I realize it might be a policy, BUT they aren't even fireworks...If I had known she was going to scan my DL for it, I would have handed my CCW to her.

That might not be the case.  In some states they are.

The scaning of the DL is proof they actually checked it.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.

Thats all it is. A big spray can of "cops be gone" designed by lawyers. Ask everyone for their ID and you've done due diligence, and no one got "profiled". ::)
