MB, I have to take some exception to one of your "Commonsense gun laws".
#2, Ban Federal Agencies from Facilitating arms smuggling.
While in general I agree with it, it needs to be worded in a way that still allows agencies such as the CIA to slip support and equipment to Pro US anti govt groups, like the Afghans who were fighting the Soviets, (granted, that one bit us on the ass ) or the Contra's fighting the Sandanista's, or some other group, maybe in Iran that it benefits us to arm.
