911 Tape Wayne LaPierre at CPAC

   I sure you all have heard the chilling 911 call tape played by Wayne LaPierre at CPAC on February 10, 2011. It is near the end of the speech. 
 

 BUT, I have only found one reference to its origin on the internet.   One blogger says it was a young woman with a baby who was raped and killed while the dispatcher listened on the 911 call.   Can any one direct me to verification of this story or is it an urban legend?

I tend to believe LaPierre would not be subject to a hoax but I just can't find it.
