Carbon Tax

not sure if you have heard, 

they want us to have a carbon tax


I heard on the Radio today that apparently that a couple of States in the US are looking at doing the same thing

Apart from CA ( and I am just assuming as I know they need cash)  who else is looking at doing it over there??
