I'm hosting an oyster feed tonight. Does that work?

Well, he didn't specify exactly what KIND of oysters.  I understand those boys are pretty fond of the mountain variety.  ;)

I will confirm they are the pearl producing variety. I have friends that work in the food supply industry, and supply most of the restaurants in the area. So, when they get a chance at something like this they jump on it. They were ordered last night, and being flown in this morning. Feeding frenzy begins at 7.

It's all about who you know.  ;)

And yes, the rocky mountain variety are quite tasty. Battered, deep fried and with a little cocktail sauce.
