I believe it would be an AR15, that's the correct nomenclature. Not AR15 Assault rifle.....
I can assault you with a single shot 22 if I wanted and we don't call that a chipmunk assault rifle...

While we all know that "Assault weapon" is a BS gun grabber term created for media hype, any rifle thats name designation starts  "StG" actually IS an assault RIFLE as those are the initials of the Gan words for Assault rifle, such as the StG - 44 or StG - 2000.
How ever since none of us will be "sturm ing" any positions with our "gewehrs" (at least BEFORE the election) a club could qualify as an assault weapon if you hit some one over the head with it.
