Actually  she will take a FMLA and he is still going to work .But they have mad military personnel by taking their PTO when they go do their duty and treating them as bad as they could until a certain couple of SFC. I work with got deployed and when my Security Director got stupid with them  and not only did they bring in a copy of the laws but also had their company commander call who spoke with the General Manager and out right told him that the tribe could loose their sovereignty and their casino unless they started to follow the letter  of the law NOW! I like watching people eat pie!

 The FMLA is what I was refering to. They both are going to be working harder than they ever got paid to for the next 18 years or so. Glad to hear your employer got reamed for messing with the troops
