How do you figure we lost the Cold War?   USSR has been relegated to the history books and we are still here.

I agree with the danger to this country comes from within, much like ancient Rome we will likely crumble from within.

Because the Cold war was not between nations.
The collapse or survival of any single entity was irrelevant.
It was a conflict between the ideologies of communism and capitalism.
With that in mind no one can be deluded enough to think Capitalism won.
Obama proves me right.
The real enemy was not the one we faced in Germany's Fulda Gap, it was the one we ignored in Berkley, and at the NY Times.
