this was in Birmingham, Alabama.  deceased 13 year old was/is black.  driver of the car is white.

let's see how the media spins this....

Sad day but the other 5 should be charged for murder since they were with him in crime,

Investigators say Walker approached a vehicle shortly after a driver pulled into an apartment complex.  Walker had a loaded gun and ordered the driver to get out of the car. The driver had a handgun and fired at Walker. He collapsed and died a few feet from the car.

Done Deal. Gee, was this a case of "Stand Your Ground?"

You won't hear a "peep" from Sharpton and/or Jackson about this case....

You also won't hear a "peep" on where the 13 year old got (probably stolen) gun to begin with. I'm surprised the other 5 were not charged, in Florida they could certainly be charged as accessories to commit a felony.

Maybe the cops just want this to go away quietly.....

Might be the other 5 were minors also.

Minors are generally given breaks in court and not tried as adults unless their actions were particularly violent or heinous.  In this case, they didn't "do" anything but be accomplices in an attempted grand theft auto and are probably off the hook on hat count.   If any of them are not minors, they should not get this "out" and be charged with murder.

Accomplice to an armed robbery seems like a violent enough act to me.
If you hang with people when they do really stupid shit, you should hang when stupid people hang.

Maybe they told the cops that they were trying to talk the future med student out of it. 
You can say lots of bad things about pedophiles; but at least they drive slowly past schools.
