And I'm thinking that the ATF doesn't like that. I would not be surprised if there weren't more raids on technicalities that focus on people who use tannerite. I guess I better hurry up and get some and try it at least once while I still can.
It depends on the area of the country you are in. Out here in Arizona I can't count the times I've been in the check out line at Cabela's and there were people in line ahead of me buying the stuff. Many times
A LOT OF IT! The clerks and other people don't bat an eye at them. In fact one time the guy ahead of me was buying it, and the cute little blond check out girl said,.... "This stuff is really neat! My boyfriend and I shoot at it a lot" You have to be careful with it because sometimes a .22 won't set it off. Be sure to mix it up really good".... There is just so much open desert out here to use the stuff no one really pays that much attention to it.
Now if you lived in Chicago or Boston I'm sure people would start wondering. For example I grew up and went to high school in Oak Park, Illinois. They had that now infamous "handgun ban" like Morton Grove, Illinois had for many years up until the Heller Decision came down in favor of gun owners. I read in the news that someone was opening up a gun shop in that town, and the towns people were getting all upset about it. That city is packed solid with progressive thinking Democratic liberals. Here in the Phoenix area we've got more gun shops than shoe stores. Many of them are Class III Dealers. Again, no one bats an eye.
