I prefer my milk pasteurized, myself.
Here's a little story, kind of on that line..
I worked for a while at an outfit called IDEXX. They make water testing supplies and veterinary pharmaceuticals and the like.
I was working in an area that made water test kits for one of the bugs.
The equipment gets cleaned on a regular schedule. As late as the 90s, they dried the equipment on the roof of the building in the sun. They never had an issue with the thing being clean when it was dry up there. Once they started doing it inside, they had alot of "redo" time getting the stuff clean.. Maybe by now they use IR in their sanitizing procedures, but it was just ironic that they had easier work of it by putting the stuff on the roof than cleaning it in place..
