I've only seen one sign here in MA but then, I'm not always looking either!

It was at a Toy-R-Us and I noticed it on the way out the door!

The only one I've seen in NH was at a gun show.
I have not been back since.

The only one I ever saw was on the door of the specialty hospital where I had my spinal surgery. Needless to sey, I didn't turn around and walk away in a huff.

But you did notice it, captive audience and all.  Kinda like getting caught in the outhouse with your pants down when trouble comes knocking...
