If VS has a habit of hiring intelligent and good looking college women as models, then that is a good place to recruit. Not many of Fox's women are slackards in either department. TV is a visual medium and being easy on the eyes should be prime in consideration. MSNBC relies more on sending thrills up peoples anatomy, primarily their own. We can see which approach works.

Fox uses the same techniques as any other T.V. show or movie; there is always the hot chick. And it works, guys are guys and I enjoy the beauty of a hot chick as much as the next guy.

For getting good ratings it helps a great deal, it can be a distraction from the issues for some people. I actually know a guy that gets his news from Fox because of the hot chicks, what is he really thinking with when the issues are discussed?

Even though Fox at least gives the conservative/ libertarian side somewhat of a voice, they are a network and ratings are their number one goal, they are beholden to their shareholders more than anything! It comes before God, Country and what they are willing to report.

It is sad to say but to be really informed and get the whole picture; it takes a lot more effort than just turning on the news even Fox.
