Bought my ex-wife a sewing machine one Christmas.  ;D
She took me to the store and pointed < "I want that one" .
OK.
We wound up using it for an end table.    ::)

I bought my wife a 40" Samsung HDTV so I could get my 32" Sony HDTV back. She didn't like it; it was too big and had back firing speakers as opposed to just the right size and front firing speakers for the Sony. So now I have to watch my sports games on the Samsung. I'm trying to figure out how to repeat that failure this year. Saw a nice 55" Samsung at Costco the other day...hmmmm!
