This man presents himself as an expert/ professional in the law enforcement community who is expected to pay great attention to detail on crime sceen investigations. All of his testimony has been based on his personal opinion not facts, On top of that he can't even put his uniform together properly. His rank is positioned wrong on his left shoulder. Another example of a left wing tool.

He lies as well!

He, just like Mark Kelly just did, stated that FFL's don't need to do background checks at gun shows.

He also stated that it is universal that law enforcement officers must under go months of training in use, retention, care, maintenance, and handling before they are allowed to carry firearms.

I call BS on most of this testimony!
