Justice would be for him to end up in a situation where he was fearful for his life and wishing he had the means to save his own life.

Two punks with baseball bats would put him in that situation.  

The bad guys need no guns for it and only a firearm would give him any possibility of getting out unscathed.

Let him take a few whacks and have a CC citizen end the threat.

I wonder if he would criticize the citizen even with his own pants wet and soiled.

Oh come now Tom, don't tell me you forgot this one. Back in the the late '80s/early 90's a punk attacked Dan Rather of CBS news (for the young folks) and beat the shat out of him  demanding to know "What's the frequency Kenneth?". Everytime Rather said he wasn't Keneth and WTF was he talking about the assailent beat on him some more. It was totally surreal and Kafkhesque. I don't know if the guy really thought he was this Kenneth, or if they were just messing with him, but I think it might be a good way to deal with Piers, at least I giggle thinking about it (though that would be wrong). Hell, it even inspired an REM song entitled "What's the Frequency Kenneth"? (What else?)
