No organizer or contact info on the web site.  Searching around for a couple minutes revealed that this web site was started by individual near Syracuse, rather than a gun rights group...

Given that, kudos to him.  He's doing something productive and I hope it catches on.  If it picks up steam, I'll definitely consider going.
