Thursday past, my boss (former Captain Airborne) was giving me a ration in the lot while I was post tripping my truck.  I think he might have been funnin' but I don't really know.  I told him to take the ration he was giving me back to the office and hide behind his desk til I had left for the day.  He kept it up.  I then told him to take it back to the office before I fed him a shit and shoeleather sandwich, cause that was how far my boot was goin' up his ass.  He got a real strange look on his face and went into the building.  He wouldn't talk to me on Friday.  I asked for Monday off and was denied, by the scheduling manager.  Told that one I needed a mental health day.

I'm tired of covering for these worthless punk ass kids that won't come to work.  I'm pulling my shift and then having to go start on theirs.  Damnit, I'm one tired and grumpy old man.

Oh....I'll apologize come Monday afternoon.  If'n he's at work.  I flew off the handle, had a bad day and all.  I'll also point out that in the future if I make a gentle suggestion to leave me alone, I mean it.  Really.  Besides, we have a shooting match at 200 yds to finish.

Yo, MB.  I'm looking for a reasonably intelligent, articulate, state level politician here in Ohio, to try to talk into running against Portman.  Portman is doing us no favors in the Senate, just enough to keep his NRA rating.  Have you any ideas or suggestions?

Alternatively, maybe I should move to Texas.
