I forget his name but another DC City Councilman went to jail last year for embezzelment along with his wife.  She just got out this week.  She was something in city gov't.  They'll both probably get re-elected/re-hired.  Marion keeps getting elected, no matter how many times he gets arrested.  What a joke.
