"It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather we should thank God that such men lived. GEN. Patton.
I know we all mourn for our friends , not only at this time , but for all time. Thank you all who serve and who have served.

A nice rendition of "echo" taps.

FWIW:
This Wednesday is the graduation ceremony at the Air Force Academy.  The Air Force Thunderbirds will not be there because of that evil Republican sequestration.   ::)

In their place an organization has stepped forward and will do the fly over with vintage aircraft.  The formation has been buzzing the house most of the afternoon practicing.  A B24 Liberator, 3 P51 Mustangs, a F4 Corsair, and a SBD Dauntless Dive Bomber.  Way cool.

Simply For Them. Lest We Forget.

God Bless.

OBTW, what's the phrase?

If you can read, thank a teacher,
If you can read in English, thank an American Soldier.

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
Col. Jeff Cooper.
