TAB,

Remember that they are a protected class, and that means huge penalties for hurting their feelings.

Since when did business owners lose the right to refuse service ?
I'd take the contempt charge for telling the Judge to make the f*cking cake himself.

The first sentence it's like you were reading my mind. The second not so much.
""It may be laid down as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a free Government, owes not only a proportion of his property, but even his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at a Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency." - George Washington. Letter to Alexander Hamilton, Friday, May 02, 1783

another angle that may come about is the baker saying gay merriage is a not valid in the eyes of his faith and its a very grave sin.   i would love to throw that one back at the judge.   me personally, i could care less about who or what your screwing or what you want to get hitched too, as long as you are adults, consint and are not throwing it in my face.  Do what you want,  the second it envoles me or my money, then i have a say.  If it doesn't who cares.

Sorry TAB, but our "leaders" have determined that sexual orientation is a protected right.  All someone needs to do is tell you they are gay and if you react in a negative fashion to anything concerning them it becomes discrimination.

yet gay men can never give blood.   even if it as only one time.    ever.  even if you had only one sex partner your entire life, yet ron jeremey could give blood...   there is so much double standard bs  on both sides of the gay argument its not even funny.
