My goodness, I didn't see that post is old.  Anyways, thanks a lot Timothy for the reply. There are some states where it is not allowed to carry a loaded firearms in the public place. In violating the rule a the person has to give fine between $100-$1000 and his license may also get revoked. Government laws are funny sometimes!
