Weak dollar & it seems to be fashionable to sell your beer company.   Miller/Coors if I recall are combined in some sort of joint venture (?) but I believe (and could be wrong) they are owned by a South African company. 

As to bourbon .... got to pour Booker.  Hmmm.  Should be marketed as a breakfast drink.
