When I see Italy as number 4 and the smartest country in Europe I have to wonder.  I spent some time there in Navy.  I just remember lots of hot chicks, topless girls on game shows, and free pitchers of vino at every restaurant.  Wait a minute this makes total sense now except why aren't they #1?  :)

IQ tests don't signify anything!  You can be relatively high scoring on aptitude and low scoring on common sense...

I've known hundreds of extremely intelligent, over educated morons in my lifetime!

I used to be a genius but that was before I pickled my brain with alcohol. Now look at me. I'd have a hard time thinking my way out of a paper bag.  ???
