Anybody watch Madame Secretary on TV?

At my local indoor range they have posters that have been up since they opened.  Stock posters provided by one of the vendors in the shooting range industry.    Take a good look at this one.  Is it not the actor who plays the oldest daughter on MS?

Maybe Keven can tell us something about the poster since he just opened a new range.   Bio on IMDB is rather limited and makes no mention of photo modeling or shooting.  BUT, she's from Texas.
