I go to homly depot alot... I've never had this happen to me. I hate HD, they really don't care about thier custmers and thier prices suck.
The prices aren't so outrageous. They charged me 2 cents
less for 50 pounds of rock salt than Lowes did, $5.47 vs. $5.49. Now I have a spare 2 cents to put in whenever I want.
