Interesting, but I am always dubious of stuff like this and thus I always mistrust the premise.  I have heard these allegations before no one but Mr. Berg, Esq. seems to be pursuing it.  Perhaps we will find out the truth…that reminds me of a line from a movie.

Are birth certificates in the US a matter of public record?

Here in The Netherlands we do not have any such things as birth certificates. When a child is born any parent has to file a report at City Hall within a certain amount of time. Doing not so is a crime. These records (name, gender, date and place of birth) are then part of public record.

This is just another mind bender to add to the pile concerning this election.  Heck, you can't even play little league baseball without providing a valid birth certificate, so how is BHO running for President?  If he were applying for a clerk position, he would be required to provide the various forms of documentation that he has, so far, been unwilling to supply.  WHAT IS GOING ON?  WHY ISN'T SOMETHING BEING DONE?  WHERE IS THE "BIG BROTHER" THAT OTHERWISE LOVES TO MEDDLE IN THE LIVES OF IT'S CITIZENS?  You can almost see the strings being pulled from above as the ignorant citizens and politicians of the country dance for the unseen puppeteer.  Scary ain't it.  All of us not dancing, better be doing some serious praying prior to November 4th.  If you don't have religion, so to speak, better find some.

Although I would LOVE to see him "dethroned"' as a fraud, Berg went after McCain at one point a few years back for the same thing since he was born in the PI.  There is so much crap being put out you can't tell what is accurate and what is fake.  Maybe if he's elected and then found not eligible we'll get not only the first black Presdent but the first impeachment trial in history too!  Nullify the election and have McCain and Hillary run (since she was the next canidate)  Don't pass it to Biden.

Post election I don't think that the removed of a sitting President would nullify the election.  In a situation where Obama leaves office I believe that Joe Biden would become President.

There have been 2 previous trials, Andrew Johnson beat the charges by 1 vote and Bill Clinton , convicted on 1 count of lying. In an impeachment punishment is optional , in this case Obama would PROBABLY be forced to step down and Biden would become president as when Nixon replaced Jailed Agnew with Ford, and then stepped down himself, making Ford President.
