The boy scouts are a strong organization with Christian ideals. Not nearly the right values for b-ho.

The reason I remember that scene is because it was noted by our Scout Master.  In Germany the Boy Scouts were not the civilian force.  The Boy Scouts were eliminated and replaced by the force.  Create a vacuum and fill it.  The strong Christian ideals of the Boy Scouts makes them prime for destruction and replacement by this Administration and their allies.
