I almost posted the same question. I'm looking at the PPS. I have to figure out if I'm getting a tax refund or not. If I am, I'm getting a new pistol.

I was looking at a PPS alongside a P22.  They are suprisingly similar.  Last weekend, we shot a couple mags from a P22 and decided that the best thing to do with the little critter was to melt it down and make some little plastic army guys with the leftovers...it's a turd!  Don't think I personally would buy a PPS but it's a free country...

I'm buying a small .357 for the summer months, it's a toss up between the Ruger SP101 and a Charter Mag Pug...don't need the problems of these striker fired guns and I can't buy the Glock I want.
