I survived Gene, Fancies and Wilma and nada one Guard or active uniform in sight.  Katrina could have been a test but I doubt it.  Jkwas is right...where are the troops gonna come from?

The Obama guard. Going to put uniforms on all the gang bangers and the ones who don't kill each other for coming from the wrong gang will form his SS. I hope they get THAT on video. ;D
