Not to take away from the great offer, but this is just an extension of an offer they have been running for quite a while.  Like it better than the range bags.  Not that the range bags were bad, actually very nice, but two $40 mags is nice!

If you have an M&P S&W has lots of mags in stock, and their factory price is no worse than you will pay at any store.  My two free mags arrived in mid January (about two months after I ordered them) and I ordered six more right away.  It only took a week to get those, and now I have ten, seventeen rounders for the M&P9  ;D
If I appear taller than other men it is because I am standing on the shoulders of others.

Last Spring, S&W offered 2 mags. and $50.00, It took a month for the check, and four months for the mags.

Over the Late Summer, Fall 08, it changed to one or the other, rebate or mags.

It's still a good deal, free mags are IMHO, good as gold with the price and future looming on high capacity mags.

Got mine, than got more.

PS,.. mine was the M+P .40 .

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

They had the same deal going when I bought my M&P 9mm in the summer of 2007. Really great deal.

I'm really looking at an M&P in 9 or 45, maybe this will give me the push I need.

Go f@#$ing figure after I bought a Smith and Wesson M&P 9 subcompact for the wife over two weeks ago!!! Paid $43 for a 10 round mag from Cheaper than Dirt and $42 for a 12 round from the gun shop. This gun performs beyond my expectations and this is coming from a guy who is a die hard Glock fan. Been looking around the house to see what I can sell to buy another in .40 or .45 cal.
