These hippies would prefer people not armed on campus, that way when an insane person comes shooting, like at VT, and alot of people are killed it helps their antigun agenda after they start ranting lies about safety and the 2nd amendment and the citizens right to protect themselves.

State law in Oregon precludes Universities from making laws preventing a licensed CHL from carrying.  The student already has legal representation and Oregon Firearms (OFF) is backing him.  The charges have been dropped, and he is fighting the other BS they wanted him to go through.

He should win no problem. Because if he writes that paper about obeying the law, (which is made by the state not school administrators) he can very effectively trash the schools reputation.
