I quit reading after Black said the Bush admin got rid of the regulations.  FLAT OUT LIE!  Clinton did it and Barney FWanks did it, (add Dodd and Pelosi).  Bush and McCain (some others) TRIED to get regulations put back in place but FWanks et al said NO.

This guy is an OBAMABOT!  (Hell, you should know that if he is on a Moyers program.)
