O.K., I'm not an official member of MENSA, nor have I been nominated for the Nobel prize, however, I'm smart enough to know this is a bad idea. I can see the CO2 absorbing "trees", but shooting sulfur into the atmosphere? That would be great... the cooler weather would make the chem suites more comfortable since you wouldn't be able to venture outside in the rain. Anyone ever heard of H2SO4? Maybe I'm an idiot, but it sounds like typical D.C. logic to me.
